This is a premium safety boot that works just as hard as you do, combining innovative tech with a laidback stone nubuck finish that feels right at home on site or on the move.

The 9063 features a stone water-resistant nubuck leather upper with a 150mm height, giving you solid ankle support while keeping things breathable and comfortable. The nubuck finish offers a softer, more relaxed look, but don’t let that fool you—this boot is built tough, with materials chosen specifically to handle the demands of heavy-duty work environments. Rain, dust and daily wear are no worries here.

Lacing up is quick and secure thanks to seven rows of sturdy lacing hardware, including a lace-locking device that keeps everything locked in place all day. The laces themselves are made from recycled PET, reinforcing Blundstone’s commitment to sustainability without compromising strength or performance. A durable, heavy-duty side zip with an industrial-grade fastener makes getting in and out of the boots easy, especially at the end of a long shift.

Underfoot is where the RotoFlex Series really shines. The GRIPTEK® XHD outsole is biomechanically engineered to provide outstanding grip, stability and flexibility. Made from extra heavy-duty rubber, it’s heat resistant up to 300°C, fuel oil resistant and offers excellent abrasion, cut and slip resistance. Whether you’re working on concrete, steel or uneven ground, this outsole is designed to keep you planted and confident with every step.

Inside the boot, Blundstone’s INFINERGY® E-TPU foam delivers serious energy return. This super-elastic cushioning absorbs impact and then rebounds, reducing fatigue and helping you stay comfortable and energised throughout the day. Combined with the SoftCell® comfort system, the boot supports natural movement while improving balance, stability and manoeuvrability—key features for reducing slips, trips and falls on site.

Protection is equally well covered. The FORTASHIELD steel toe cap is broad fitting and cut-resistant, tested to withstand a 200-joule impact. A heavy-duty TPU moulded toe guard adds an extra layer of defence, protecting the leather from scuffs and abrasion in high-wear areas and extending the life of the boot.

The AIRCELL footbed rounds out the comfort package with zoned airflow channels that actively promote ventilation and moisture control. It’s fully cushioned for all-day comfort, anti-bacterial, breathable and washable—perfect for keeping your boots fresh, even in hot or demanding conditions. The lining, also made from recycled PET, offers excellent moisture wicking and long-lasting performance.
